However we were passing thru on a trip and do not live nearby. Because I reported it the next morning, the Dir of Op, Dean Miniacci, contacted me by phone with offers to make up for my dissatisfaction. I should have spoken up immediately because they would have made it right, right then. In my 60+ years experience, I'd say this piece of meat was cut from a roast, marinated, grilled and passed off as a Filet. Now.the main course (which is what most people await), Filet Minon, was the biggest disappointment ever! It was NOT a Filet Minon cut of meat. with cheese, scallions, & bacon! Skipping to the dessert Cheesecake was good especially the fresh tasting strawberry swirls on it.
The appetizer (Chicken spring rolls) was very good, artistically displayed and unique! The sauce was too sweet for me so the waitress brought salsa which was perfect! The potato soup was to-die-for delicious topped. I ordered the 4 course meal with the Filet Minon option.
